Predictive Sales AI, or where relevant a designated service provider, collects information that you choose to provide or that we receive from other sources. This may include Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information that you provide through the Services, on third-party websites and applications when subscribing to the Services, through requesting certain Predictive Sales AI services or products, when downloading our e-books or webinars, or by submitting information to enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion.

Information you provide. Personal Information may be obtained directly from you. We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular audits, to protect user data accessed through Google APIs.
Data accessed through Google APIs, including Google Business Profile integrations, is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Google’s requirements. Our application strictly adheres to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use or transfer user data obtained through Google APIs for any purpose other than to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent within the applicable Service, and we do not transfer or use such data for serving advertisements or for training generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
Artificial Intelligence Interactions
Our Services include AI-powered features that, among other things, evaluate leads, generate content, and publish content on behalf of our customers. When you interact with an AI feature — for example, a chat interface — the information you provide may be stored and processed to operate, secure, and improve that feature. Data obtained through Google APIs, including Google Business Profile, is handled under the Limited Use commitments in “Google API Data Usage and Compliance” above and is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
We may use your Personal Information to: deliver and improve the Services; communicate with you; personalize your experience; market our products and services; evaluate and score leads and build profiles; conduct analytics, research, and development; ensure security and prevent fraud; debug and maintain the Services; comply with legal obligations; and where we have obtained your consent.
We may use automated means to analyze information about you — including information from the third-party sources described above — to build profiles, infer preferences and characteristics, and evaluate or score leads for our sales and marketing activities. Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of certain profiling and automated decision-making, as described in the “Your Legal Rights” and state-specific sections below.
