More Tools, More Insights and More Opportunities Are Rolling Out This Week

The latest PSAI release introduces new ways to build website content, publish completed projects, use audience data and uncover opportunities—directly from the platform you already use.

This week’s release is centered on helping businesses get more value from the information, projects and marketing tools already inside PSAI. Two capabilities lead the release: the enhanced PSAI Agent and direct project publishing to Google Business Profile.

Featured Release

Build Website Pages With the PSAI Agent

The PSAI Agent can help turn business information into new website content without requiring users to start from a blank page. It can assist with service pages, location pages, project pages and other custom content.

Build pages faster

Turn an idea, service, location or completed project into structured website content more efficiently.

Use your existing business data

Create more relevant content using information already available within the PSAI platform.

Create a foundation for deeper automation

The Agent creates future opportunities to connect with other business systems and automate more of the content-building process.

The Future of Automated Project Content

One example of the Agent’s future potential is connecting with a CRM or project-management system. With the right integration, PSAI could pull completed project details, service information, locations and photos directly from those systems.

The Agent could then use that information to build a project page, prepare the content for review and help distribute the completed story across additional marketing channels. This workflow is not part of the current release, but it illustrates the broader automation possibilities created by the PSAI Agent.

Featured Release

Publish Completed Projects Directly to Google Business Profile

Businesses can now select a completed project in PSAI, choose project photos, create or generate a caption and publish the content directly to selected Google Business Profile locations.

Increase local visibility

Keep your profile active with fresh examples of the services, markets and project types your business handles.

Support traditional and AI-powered search

Give search platforms more relevant information about your experience, services and completed work.

Publish without duplicating work

Reuse project information and photos already in PSAI instead of rebuilding every post manually.

Why Publishing Projects Matters

Build credibility with real work

Completed projects give homeowners tangible examples of your experience and show the type of work your company performs in their area.

Keep your online presence active

Regular project updates create fresh, authentic business content without requiring your team to invent new topics.

Get more value from completed work

Every completed project can become another marketing asset, extending the value of the work beyond the original customer.

Built to Expand Across More Content and Channels

The initial Google Business Profile integration focuses on project content, but the publishing framework is designed to support additional uses in future releases.

Potential expansions include offers, blog posts and reviews, along with additional distribution channels such as Facebook and TikTok.

More Improvements Included in This Release

Export Audience Manager Data

Download audience data directly from the Audience Manager list or detail page. CSV exports include street address, city, state, ZIP code and PMI data.

Find More Hail Activity

The weather map now displays lower-threshold hail events that were not previously visible, including newly reported events and additional historical storm data.

Improved Reputation Manager Connections

Updates to the Google connection process help account setup complete more reliably and ensure connections are mapped to the correct client.

Additional Reliability and Usability Updates

The release also includes more accurate Audience Manager summaries, scheduled blog publishing improvements, website form and preview fixes, mobile updates and greater reliability across connected communication services.

One Connected Content Engine

The PSAI Agent and Google Business Profile publishing capabilities are valuable individually, but their combined potential is even greater. Together, they create the foundation for a workflow that brings business information into PSAI, turns it into website pages and project content, and distributes it across the places where homeowners search.

More Value From the Platform You Already Have

These improvements are rolling out to the latest PSAI platform experience this week. Feature availability may vary based on your current program and platform version.
