Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who doesn’t just oversee campaigns — they drive them from idea to execution. This role is equal parts strategist and creator, leading our social media, content, and influencer initiatives while shaping how Predictive Sales AI shows up across digital channels.

You’ll own the marketing engine behind our brand presence — developing strategy, creating content, managing collaborations, and optimizing performance to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that builds brand awareness and drives engagement.
  • Concept, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that communicate our brand in a compelling, human, and engaging way.
  • Identify, partner with, and manage influencers and creators to expand reach, credibility, and audience growth.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels while actively engaging with our audience.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar tools) to produce high-quality graphics, thumbnails, and visual content.
  • Test new content formats, messaging angles, and paid social strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and refine strategy based on data, insights, and trends.
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats — and quickly adapt them to fit our brand.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content and social media execution
  • Demonstrated ability to create video content (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — especially short-form hooks
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO, social analytics, and paid social strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience)
